In the words of Lindsey herself, "I’m a science nerd trapped in the body of an English major with a law degree." We couldn’t agree more. Lindsey has been an asset since joining OMH, with a common focus in professional liability litigation within the healthcare industry, and has represented nurses, pharmacists and assisted living facilities alike. Her wide scope of practice has included medical malpractice litigation cases, to estate and business succession planning, to environmental law. Having had such a wide spectrum of cases, Lindsey spots issues that might not otherwise be considered, which allows her to provide a more balanced analysis to her cases.
