Ms. Jay has over 20 years of experience and her practice focuses on trucking, products liability, employment law and governmental entity defense. Ms. Jay also practices in the area of construction defect, professional malpractice, premises liability and personal injury. Ms. Jay’s practice prior to joining Overturf McGath & Hull, P.C. included several years in the areas of environmental law, both litigation and transactional, plaintiff's medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, probate litigation, and estate and business succession planning. Ms. Jay’s diverse legal experience allows her to effectively handle even the most complex cases to successfully defend her clients.
