Jacob joined OMH during a transition from transactional tax law in Boston. Jacob spent two years as a clerk at a boutique federal employment law firm where he assisted federal employees, primarily law enforcement officers, navigating adverse action procedures. He then worked in tax law providing guidance on legislative developments to businesses and due diligence support on mergers and acquisitions. At OMH Jacob handles a variety of cases including construction, personal injury, civil rights, and employment.
