M. Kate Strauss is an experienced litigator and counselor who enjoys working with clients to achieve their business goals through her corporate and transactional work, and to protect their interests as necessary, via her litigation work.  Kate specializes in construction law, including construction defect, delay and scheduling impact claims, and other contract entitlement issues. Her clients include general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and specialty trades, and material suppliers.  Kate’s practice also includes additional areas of litigation, including food-borne illness and products liability defense.

Kate utilizes available tools and opportunities to achieve results for any case or client. She understands that each case is different, and approaches a case with the client’s goals in mind, whether that is keeping a good business relationship with the opposing party or vigorously defending the case through trial and judgment.
