Andrew B. Lintner is an experienced civil litigator with a growing transactional practice. His civil litigation practice includes general business disputes, insurance defense, construction defect, professional liability, civil rights, and real estate cases. Andrew specializes in complex litigation and has successfully defended numerous clients involved in premises liability, automobile injury, employment, and wrongful death lawsuits. Andrew’s business litigation and transactional practice includes drafting and advising clients on real estate, commercial leasing, corporate governance, and business formation, as well as litigating partnership disputes and FINRA arbitrations. Andrew believes that his experience litigating complex business cases provides valuable insight in managing transactional matters with the goal of keeping them out of the courtroom.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law where he was an editor and contributor to the Mississippi Law Journal. He also served as Treasurer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution board – competing in two national negotiation competitions. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Colorado – Boulder in 2013.
